Adarsh K Warman is an Indian Global Curriculum Consultant, Global Peace Ambassador, author, speaker, and social entrepreneur from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is the Founder of Brij Peace Empowerers, a peacebuilding initiative dedicated to advancing peace education, youth empowerment, leadership development, intercultural dialogue, and community engagement through grassroots action.
As an author, Adarsh has written several books exploring themes of humanity, resilience, personal growth, and social responsibility. He also delivers motivational talks, leadership workshops, and awareness sessions for students, educators, youth groups, and community organizations, inspiring people to embrace service, courage, and responsible global citizenship.
A defining chapter of his journey began in 2024, when he travelled to Nairobi, Kenya, to participate in the World Survivor Congress. Beyond the conference, Adarsh chose to visit Kibera to better understand the realities, aspirations, and resilience of one of Africa’s most well-known informal settlements. Through a local community member, he met a young aspiring boxer named Fenton Kimiywi.
Their first meeting was simple but meaningful. During conversations with Fenton and his family, Adarsh shared encouragement, hope, and the importance of believing in one’s own potential. After returning to India, the two remained connected, continuing to exchange ideas, guidance, and mutual encouragement across borders.
Over time, Adarsh witnessed Fenton’s remarkable personal growth. Through his own determination, hard work, and commitment to serving others—supported by ongoing encouragement and mentorship—Fenton emerged as a confident young community leader. Today, he leads initiatives for children in Kibera through community boxing activities that promote discipline, confidence, teamwork, and hope for the next generation.
For Adarsh, this journey represents one of the most meaningful examples of peacebuilding. It demonstrates that genuine human connection, consistent encouragement, and international friendship can inspire lasting positive change. The experience strengthened his belief that leadership is not about titles or recognition, but about helping others discover their own strength and purpose.
Today, Adarsh continues to promote international collaboration, peace education, cultural understanding, and youth leadership by building partnerships across communities in India, Kenya, and beyond. His vision is to connect people across cultures, encourage dialogue over division, and contribute to a world where compassion, dignity, and cooperation become the foundation of sustainable peace.
He believes that every individual has the potential to become a leader when someone chooses to believe in them, and that even a single conversation can create a ripple effect that transforms lives, families, and communities.
